I have day 2 DOMS today which are so bad I am having to walk around on my tippytoes and refrain from getting up out of my seat too often as it is soooo painful - my quads are just killing me!
I so hope they feel better tomorrow as I'd love to do spin in the morning, but at this rate there's no chance!
Thats what I get for skiving off the gym for a couple of weeks. Must. Be. Consistent.
Hope they feel better soon hun, you may find spin actually helps as it will get the blood pumping to those muscles taking nutrients with it which will help your muscles feel better :)
