Well, my big plans to go running tonight went out the window - its just too hot, I'm too tired and I would have got to the end of the street before turning back!
But I had a great day food-wise, quite pleased with myself...

L - M & S medium fish sushi selection
S - Granny Smith apple, 2 clementines
D - Pork chop with all fat cut off, sweet potato chips and steamed carrots & parsnips
S - 150g atlantic prawns
Drinks - 4 pints of water, 3 large mugs of black coffee
