Oh deary me. On the day i forget to shave my legs, I pack a pair of cropped trousers for the gym, and the PT decided to work on my hamstring and calf muscles - cue his hands on my stubbly legs. Mortification!
Anyways....humiliation over.....here's my food for the day:
B - Pancake same as yesterday
S - Activia raspberry layer yoghurt
L - Wholegrain crackerbread with low-fat cheese
S - 200g fresh pineapple, 2 clementines, Granny Smith apple
Pre-workout snack - Nakd Apple Pie bar
D - 140g cod with herby topping, 120g sweet potato chips, 70g petit pois
S - 1 scoop whey protein with 200ml semiskimmed milk
Drinks - 3.2l water
Exercise - 45 minutes counted as body conditioning - worked on my core and strength exercises on my back and legs

Oh no! Did he say anything? Or cringe? lol. The first and only time someone helped me out in the gym over here is when a chap kindly adjusted a leg weights machine for me..it wasn't just stubble..it was more forest-esque! Haven't seen him since :D x
ReplyDeleteLMFAO! I would have died! Reminds me of the equally mortifying time I worked in with a guy on a weights machine and my sweaty crotch left a patch on the seat!
ReplyDeleteLOL! I can kind of sympathise, last night I had to do pull-ups with the trainers standing at my side with a lovely view of my stubbly armpits - I've never worked so fast, just wanted it to be over!
