Food Diary

Well after yesterdays misbehaviour, I needed to stick to the rules today and I managed, thank goodness! Bit disappointed though, went to the gym all geared up for my weights session with the PT and he wasn't there - don't know if I got the wrong time or he did, but I was really psyched up for it! I was so deflated, I just muddled about for 20 mins on the treadmill and went home again and did some stretches and stuff at home.

B - Granola & semi-skimmed milk
L - 2 poached eggs and 2 slices of wholegrain toast
Pre workout - Nakd Cocoa Loco bar
Post (half) workout - Smoothie made from 50g frozen raspberries, banana, 1 scoop whey protein & 200ml pure orange juice
D - Vietnamese pork noodle soup (see previous post for recipe)
S - Activia raspberry fruit layer yoghurt & Granny Smith apple

  1. How annoying he wasn't there! Hope he has a good excuse! Really hate when you get all geared up for something that foesn't happen, really ruins the mood!
